The NJHF is a non-profit association that provides educational, legislative, and networking services for individuals and businesses that are concerned with the ownership and management of residential rental real estate.

Spring 2012

NJHF is busy putting together its Spring events. This April 18th we will be hosting our Annual "Tax Relief" Networking Party at the new Marsilio's Restaurant, 71 West Upper Ferry Road in Ewing from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Appetizers and refreshments will be served. It's free for members and $25 for non-members. If you join NJHF, your fee will be put towards your membership.

It's a great opportunity to meet other landlords and catch up on the latest issues. We expect a large turn out, so please RSVP to reserve your spot - at info@njhousingforum.org or 609-392-3800.
